Refund and Return Policy

Daily Coffee Club wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from our site. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns, and refund the original purchase price, subject to the following terms:

Notice of Return

If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you may exercise your right to return or exchange a product by sending written notice of your desire to return or exchange the product within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product (a “Return Notice”) to Daily Coffee Club at the following email address: Contact@dailycoffeeclub.com. The Return Notice must include your original order number, whether you are requesting a return or exchange, and the reason for your return, which may include any of the following: (i) too small; (ii) too large; (iii) item not as pictured; (iv) item damaged or defective; or (v) changed mind. Exchanges are subject to the restrictions below.

Conditions of Refund and Return Policy

Daily Coffee Club only accepts products for return and refund if they are new, unused, in the original box and/or packaging, with all labels, tags, leaflets, and/or certificates intact and affixed (if applicable). Daily Coffee Club will not accept returns of used, worn, altered, or damaged items. Please note we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items or on coffee or other food products. Expedited shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Daily Coffee Club reserves the right to reject any return or exchange of product(s) that does not meet any or all of these requirements, as determined by Daily Coffee Club in its sole and exclusive discretion. In the event of such rejection, Daily Coffee Club shall deliver the product back to you at your sole cost and expense.

Partial Refunds

In its sole discretion, Daily Coffee Club may choose to offer a partial refund to you when a return is requested more than thirty (30) days after your receipt of the product, or when a return is made of a product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or otherwise would be ordinarily excluded from return by the Conditions of Refund and Return Policy set forth above. The amount of the partial refund will be determined by Daily Coffee Club in its sole discretion.

Shipment of Returned Product(s)

Upon receipt of a Return Notice, Daily Coffee Club shall provide you with instructions on how to carry out the return or exchange. Unless otherwise notified in writing by Daily Coffee Club, shipment of product(s) for return or exchange must be sent to Daily Coffee Club at your sole and exclusive expense, to the following address within fourteen (14) days of sending the Return Notice:

How the Refund Will Be Made

Once a returned product is received, Daily Coffee Club will inspect the product’s condition to determine whether it satisfies the Conditions of Refund and Return Policy set forth above. Assuming the product satisfies those conditions, refunds are typically issued within ten (10) business days, using the original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days thereafter for the refund to be reflected on the account. If you purchased a product from us using an offer or coupon code, or which was subject to a promotional discount, you will only receive the actual dollar amount that you paid, regardless of the retail price of the product.

Exchanges

Daily Coffee Club permits exchanges of defective or damaged items. Please keep in mind that, to the extent that you request an exchange for a higher-priced item, we will charge you for the difference in the price between the original item and higher-priced item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you can return it in the same manner as a product you purchased for yourself. In that instance, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you within ten (10) business days.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the third party ordering the product had the order shipped to themselves, that third party will be notified of the return and any refund will be paid to that third party in accordance with the process described in the How the Refund Will Be Made section above.
