Additionally, we may use order information and your personal information to communicate with you regarding orders and to screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. Cart Abandonment Messages. When a consumer enters their information in the first step of the form to purchase a product, they are tagged in our system as a lead. Once information is captured for a specific item, if you do not purchase that item within 24 hours we will send a reminder text letting you know it's still available at our store with a direct hyperlink (SMS messages are sent within 48 hours of non-purchase with only 1 reminder)

How we Determine An Abandon Cart:
Currently, we use an Opt-in form 2 step. We then wait a period of time (I.e. 20 minutes) to see if they purchase through our website. We track purchases by tags as well. When a consumer purchases a product they are tagged as purchased. Our system waits 20 minutes to see if a purchase tag is added to the consumer - if not - we add the consumer to the abandon cart sequence.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION:

We will not sell or otherwise disclose your information, except as described in this section and other relevant sections of this Privacy Policy.

Generally, we share your personal information as necessary to provide the services you request. We also may share your personal information when required by law, to protect your rights and safety, and with your consent. Specifically, we may share your personal information with third parties, including:

Authorized Service Providers. We may retain third-party service providers in order to process your data in connection with the services provided on the Site. These services may include but are not limited to IT support, hosting, customer service, and analytics. Third parties who perform these operations are only permitted to use the information provided to them to perform their function and for no other purpose.

Daily Coffee Club retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws. When we are no longer required to retain the personal information as described above, we will destroy, erase, or de-identify it, unless we are legally required to maintain it for longer.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information

Should we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has registered without verifiable parental consent, any such information will be deleted.
